Polo est dégoûté, il doit déménager pour suivre sa maman médecin dans un hôpital de campagne. Dès lors il n’a qu’un objectif : fuguer pour rentrer chez lui. Sa rencontre avec Juliette, une petite patiente aussi résiliente qu’agaçante, va perturber son plan.
